Rugrats

We met the rugrats in St. George to go riding and play. The three girls were amazing! We rode over 60 miles, saw no shade all day, got lost, went over some very rugged country and then they went swimming. We had a great time with them. Thanks Tara and Darren for coming down to play.

Life is good when you are a kid, all you need is a Popsicle, a pile of dirt, or breakfast on the back deck

I love living where I do, one of my wishes is to have ALL of my grandkids live by me but then I would be depriving another set of wonderful grandparents the joy of having grandkids live by them. Ruby and Tasia are unfortunate to live by me. Tanya lives by Coops parents. I have amazing other grandparents for my grandkids. I could not create better grandparents for the grandkids I love!

But since I live by Ruby and Tasia their families are the ones I watch and of course take pictures of, whether it is just watching the mundane lawn mowing or the more exciting albeit scary, trying to ride a 2 year old colt for the first time, I love my life and where I live.

My kids and my grandkids are very active and involved in sports, this trait did not come from me, but from their dad. He was always moving and loved to play sports. I am sure he was coaching his grandkids before they came to earth. I have loved watching all the kids but of course the grandkids are a crack up to watch. They have the skill to hit, catch and throw, but they also have ability to have fun. Their grandpa Shorty ALWAYS had fun, if it wasn't fun why do it?

If they are not playing then they are watching...or not, maybe playing with uncle Coop was more fun.
